I strated out as an enthusiastic amateur many years ago, taking pictures as a hobby and by 1990 got so invoilved that I turned professional. Children were the first subjects and from these I moved on to Barmitzvahs, Batmitzvahs, Weddings, Social Functions, Charity and Commercial work. I started teaching photography in 2004 to mixed level students where 'posing' and 'lighting' are top of the agenda. |

Neville Bloom's approach is extremeley relaxed. Too often I hear stories of the bride in tears from an overbearing photographer. Young children are a challange to work with as their attention span is so short, on occassions only seconds, that its crucial that everything is prepaired beforehand. The key to getting the best photos are to praise and compliment and never to be negative.
